About Bullquarian Brewhouse
A cozy nanobrewery and music venue in Monroe, WI, designed to feel more like a coffee shop or a community cafe than a traditional bar. It's a destination for craft beer fans in southern Wisconsin, blending a passion for brewing with a love for live music and vinyl.
History
Opened on May 22, 2017, by Ethan Kister and his wife Michelle. Ethan, a former mechanical engineer and musician, had been homebrewing for over 20 years. The brewery's name, 'Bullquarian,' is a mashup of Ethan's zodiac sign (Taurus/Bull) and Michelle's (Aquarius). They operate on a small two-barrel system, focusing on high-quality, small-batch brews.
