History
Founded in 2007 by Mike and Don Zamzow. Mike's passion for brewing began with a homebrew kit received as a Christmas gift in 1998. After years of practice and training through the Siebel Institute in Chicago, the Zamzows established the brewery in a renovated building on E. Thomas St. The name and logo are inspired by the historical foundations of Wausau, originally known as Big Bull Falls.
