A brewery and restaurant located in the historic Parkin Place building of Marshfield, WI, focusing on hand-crafted beers and artisan brick oven pizzas.
History
Opened in 2005 as a collaboration with local brewers. In October 2008, it changed its name from Central Waters BrewPub to Blue Heron BrewPub to establish its own identity and designated brewer. The facility is housed in a 1941 former dairy processing plant. Now owned and operated by Renell and Justin Graff as of July 2021.
