History
Opened Easter weekend of 2016. The company was founded by longtime friends and engineers Jim Stirn, Kurt Schneider, and Dave Behling. The owners chose a location that previously housed a video and tanning salon, transforming it into a communal taproom. The name is a nod to the nearby Brewster Bros. Ice Company.
