About Bloomer Brewing Co
A second-generation craft brewery and taproom that served as a warm community hub in Bloomer, WI, known for its handcrafted beers using local ingredients.
History
Opened in 2013 by Dan Stolt in the former space of the original Bloomer Brewery (which operated 1875-1947). In 2018, Dan's son Ryan and wife Michelle took over and moved to 1103 9th Ave. Due to rising costs and decreasing traffic, they officially closed both Bloomer and Eau Claire locations on May 31, 2025.
