A historic brewery and event venue located inside the AL. Ringling Mansion in Baraboo, operating as a German-style beer hall and bed & breakfast that combines craft beer with circus history.

History

Opened in September 2020 by Joe Colossa and Donald Horowitz. The brewery was inspired by a discovery made during the restoration of the AL. Ringling Mansion: a wooden box hidden under the floorboards containing a lost beer recipe called 'The Ringling Family Original'.
