About Inventors Brewpub
A creative and technically-minded brewpub that views brewing as an act of 'invention.' They are known for their unconventional recipes and a willingness to use non-traditional ingredients, resulting in beers that are often surprising and highly original.
History
Founded by a group of engineers and hobbyists who wanted to apply their technical skills to the art of brewing. The brewpub is designed to reflect this 'inventor' spirit, with a focus on experimentation and a constant stream of new, imaginative brews.
