About Gray Brewing Co
A craft brewery in Wisconsin that focuses on 'muted' and balanced profiles—avoiding the extreme bitterness or sweetness common in some craft beers. They aim for elegance and drinkability, creating beers that are designed for long sessions and food pairings.
History
Founded by a group of brewers who felt the industry had moved too far toward extremes. Gray Brewing was established to return to a more balanced, classic approach to craft beer, emphasizing the nuance of the malts and the subtlety of the hops.
