History
Founded in 2015 in Madison, WI, by Nick Kocis and Jeremy Hach. The name 'Dead Bird' comes from a dead sparrow found in a turkey fryer they used for homebrewing in college. After starting as a wholesale operation, they moved to Milwaukee in 2019 to take advantage of small business incentives and the city's rich beer culture.
