About Dave's Brew Farm
A pioneer in the contemporary farm brewery movement in Wisconsin, Dave's BrewFarm was a Belgian-inspired operation located on 35 acres in Wilson, WI. It was renowned for its commitment to sustainability, utilizing an on-site wind generator and geothermal heating and cooling. The brewery operated a 'LaBrewatory' for experimenting with unique botanical ingredients.
History
Founded in 2008 by David Anderson and his wife Pamela Dixon. Anderson, a Siebel-educated brewer, built the brewery from the ground up on his farmstead. The operation combined a residential home with a commercial brewery space. After a decade of operation, Anderson closed the brewery in June 2020 to pursue a master's degree in servant leadership.
