History

Founded in 2017 by Jon and Melissa Martens and their family. They purchased a historic 1919 building (originally a meat-packing plant) and took over the space previously occupied by Hinterland Brewing. Jon, a mechanical engineer, transitioned into brewing with an apprenticeship from the former Hinterland brewers. The business was recognized as the 'Best Business Success Story' in Wisconsin in 2023.
