About Component Brewing Co
A family-run craft brewery and beer hall in Milwaukee, located on the second floor of the Lincoln Warehouse. Founded by cousins Jon, DJ, and Steve Kowalske, the brewery focuses on 'artfully and scientifically' made beer using essential ingredients, providing a cool, inviting, and family-friendly space for locals.
History
Started as a home-brewing hobby for Jonathan Kowalske, it became a collective obsession for the cousins. They launched Component Brewing in June 2018 after seeing an opportunity to take over the space vacated by Eagle Park Brewing. The brewery utilizes a small, one-barrel system to encourage experimentation and a high standard of quality.
