About Cocoon Brewing
A destination brewery in Ledgeview (near De Pere), WI, designed to provide 'real world experiences.' It features a taproom, an outdoor stage, a games area, and four rentable themed cabins called 'cocoons.' The brewery also serves wood-fired pizzas, creating a vibrant, analog space for social connection.
History
Opened in February 2023 by brothers Mike and Matt Walters. The project began as a home-brewing hobby for Matt and evolved into a business plan in 2019. Despite pandemic-related delays and funding hurdles, the brothers realized their vision of a nature-inspired destination brewery. The name 'Cocoon' is a nod to their childhood hobby of collecting butterflies.
