History
Founded in 1998 by Mike McElwain and Jerome Ebel in Junction City, WI, using retrofitted dairy equipment. Paul Graham was hired shortly after and eventually bought the business in 2001. Anello Mollica joined later and bought out Graham's partner in 2006. The brewery moved to a new facility in Amherst in 2007 and later expanded with a second location in downtown Milwaukee.
