History
Originally opened as Sweet Mullets Brewing in 2012. Chad Ostram, a long-time homebrewer, purchased the brewery on January 1, 2016. In March 2018, it was rebranded as Brewfinity Brewing Co. after Eric Zunke joined the team. The owners transitioned the business from a full brewpub to a focused brewery to prioritize the craft of brewing while still offering a simplified food menu.
