About Appleton Beer Factory
A local brewery and brewpub in Appleton, WI, focused on delivering balanced beers through passionate experimentation and a commitment to avoiding shortcuts.
History
Opened in 2013 after three years of extensive refurbishing of their building (the former Schreiter Auto building). The founders designed and built their own 20-barrel, gravity-fed custom brewing systems to create an industrial-style space.
