A dedicated 100% gluten-free nano-brewery and taproom in Madison, using a systematic engineering approach to create craft beers from naturally gluten-free grains like corn, millet, and oats.

History

Founded by Trevor Easton around 2013 to allow his wife, Maureen (who has celiac disease), to enjoy craft beer. After years of recipe development and home-brewing, they made their first commercial sales in 2014 (as Greenview Brewing) and opened their Wright Street taproom in 2016.
